Follow Up Email Templates which we've tested

Below are some examples of email templates which we've tried and tested. Please feel free to give these a go yourself.

Before you spam your prospects with generic email templates - Check out our article on the proper rules of email follow up (See The Do's and Don'ts of B2B Sales Email Follow-Up)

  • Is email definitely the best way to say what you want to say? Why not call them?

  • Handwrite every email, even if you're using a template

  • Read it out loud before you send it

  • 50-150 words max is ideal

  • Ask yourself; What's your one ask on this email?
