We are a 20-seat contact centre whose focus is collaboration. We’re strong believers that everyone’s a good salesperson, because sales at it’s core is speaking passionately about something.
The challenge lies in being able to objectively know if a particular person is able to sell a specific product to a defined standard. This is where our system comes in. We know who in our team is good at selling what as we’ve measured 10,000’s of shifts to build a profile of who performs best in which scenarios.
Remote Working Team
We are an entirely remote working team. We made the move to remote working back in 2017 and haven’t looked back ever since. Our system gives us high levels of visibility over our team’s activities, which is provided to you in real time using our portal.

This is very different from traditional ‘boiler-room’ telemarketing. In the old way of doing things, where there’s a fixed way and very limited flow of information back and forth between Agents and Managers.
