In Notabli, user access and workflow responsibilities are managed by organizing team members into agent groups and assigning those groups to specific contracts, campaigns, and pipeline stages.
1. Creating and Managing Agent Groups
Access Agent Groups: From the main Manage dashboard, select Agent groups (Manage privileges and group membership).
Create a New Group: Click the blue Add group button in the top-right corner.
Define Name and Privileges:
Enter a descriptive title in the Group name field.
Select any workspace-level permissions required for members of this group:
Admin: Grants full administrative rights across the account.
Manage contracts: Allows users to create, view, and configure client contracts and campaigns.
Manage companies: Grants rights to view, import, and edit company database records.
Manage metadata: Enables creation and modification of custom metadata fields.
Manage credits: Allows management of credit allocations and balances.
Click Create group to establish the group.
2. Adding Agents to an Agent Group
From the Agent groups overview table, click Edit next to the target group (such as Gorgeous Cleaning Services or 224 Gorgeous Cleaning Services).
Scroll to the Agents in group section to view current members, their email addresses, or remove existing members.
Under the Add agent header, open the Select... dropdown to choose an available agent from your team roster.
Click the blue Add button. A confirmation banner reading "Agent added to group" will appear, and the user will immediately populate in the group roster.
Click Save changes if you modified the group name or privilege checkboxes.
3. Assigning Agent Groups to a Campaign
Once an agent group is populated, attach it to a campaign so its members can access and work deals:
Open the Campaign:
Return to Manage and select Manage Contracts.
Click Edit next to the relevant contract.
In the Campaigns section, click Edit next to the specific campaign you want to assign agents to (such as Gorgeous Cleaning Services V1).
Configure Group Assignment:
Scroll down to the Assigned agent groups section.
Agent group: Select the desired group from the dropdown (e.g., 224 Gorgeous Cleaning Services).
Stage: Designate the pipeline scope:
Select All to give the group access across the entire campaign lifecycle.
Select a specific stage (such as Telemarketing or Client) to restrict their activity exclusively to that milestone.
Permission: Select Edit (allowing agents to update fields, log calls, and advance deals) or View (read-only access).
Save Assignment: Click Add to attach the group configuration to the campaign.
4. Auditing Assigned Agents and Stage Economics
After assigning a group to a stage, you can verify member access and delivery bonuses directly within the campaign editor:
Inspect Roster: Click the Show agents link next to an assigned group entry to expand the active roster.
Review Stage Compensation: The expanded view lists each agent alongside their Bonus per delivery rate (e.g., 0.00 GBP), ensuring compensation rates align with the stage configuration.
Collapse View: Click Hide agents to collapse the list and keep the campaign builder concise.
Save Campaign Updates: Click the blue Update button at the bottom-right of the page to apply all changes.
