In Notabli, administrators can bulk import lead data from a CSV, associate those contacts with specific campaign stages, and assign the deal to either an individual agent or an entire stage team.
1. Initiating the Import
Navigate to the specific campaign dashboard via the Contracts section (for example, clicking into the Gorgeous Cleaning Services contract and editing the Gorgeous Cleaning Services V1 campaign).
Scroll to the Lead Companies section at the bottom of the campaign page and click Manage lead companies.
On the following screen, locate the central upload box labeled Drop a CSV here or click to choose a file.
Drag your CSV file (e.g., V8 MVP Template Contact Upload Sheet - Prospect Contact Data (1).csv) into this area to begin the process.
2. Mapping the Contact Data
Upon uploading, you will be redirected to the Map columns screen to configure the import settings:
Import Name: Confirm the system-generated title (or enter a custom name) for this import batch.
Domain/Email Column: Select the CSV column that holds the company website or contact email (such as Website URL) so Notabli can match the records accurately.
Map the Columns: Review the Column mapping table below, which compares your CSV columns to Notabli fields:
Select Skip for internal identifiers (like Account ID (FK)) or irrelevant data.
Map standard attributes to their corresponding Notabli fields under the Contact fields or Company fields categories (for example, matching First name to First name, Job title to Job title, or Email to Email).
Once all relevant columns are mapped, click the blue Start import button in the bottom-right corner. The data will begin processing in the background.
3. Filtering by Import Batch
To locate your newly uploaded records:
Return to the Manage lead companies screen for your campaign.
In the search tools area, open the Filter field dropdown and select Import.
Under the Filter value dropdown, select the specific import batch you just created (e.g., V8 MVP Template Contact Upload...).
Click Apply. The table below will refresh to show only the companies from that specific CSV upload.
4. Assigning Leads to Stages and Agents
Once you have filtered the list, you can assign the leads:
Select the Leads: Check the box at the top of the table to select the visible records. If your import spans multiple pages, click Select all [X] matching this filter to grab every imported record.
First Assignment (Lead Companies): Under the Action dropdown, select Assign as lead companies and click Apply to [X] selected to successfully tie the companies to the broader campaign.
Second Assignment (Agent and Stage): With the records still selected, open the Action dropdown again and select Assign to agent. This will reveal two new dropdowns:
Stage: Select the pipeline milestone these leads should enter (such as Telemarketing).
Agent: Select a specific team member from the dropdown to grant them exclusive ownership of the leads. Note: If you want all agents assigned to the selected stage to have visibility and access to work the leads, simply leave the Agent field blank before clicking Apply.
