1. Accessing Payslips Management
From the primary Manage navigation menu, locate the sidebar options.
Click Manage payslips (Calculate and review agent monthly pay) to open the payroll dashboard.
2. Calculating Monthly Payslips
Select the Payroll Month: Open the Month dropdown menu and select the target billing period (for example, November 2026).
Review Shift Aggregation Rules: Monthly totals pull from completed clock rows grouped by completion month (ended_at), ensuring shifts that cross over midnight or span month boundaries are accurately accounted for.
Run Calculations: Click the blue Calculate payslips button.
Confirm Success: A green banner reading "Payslips calculated for [YYYY-MM]" will appear at the top of the screen to indicate the data has synced.
3. Auditing Pay Metrics and Adding Adjustments
The payslip table breaks down individual earnings across all registered agents for the selected month:
Agent: Displays each team member's full name.
Hourly Rate & Currency: Shows the agent's contracted base hourly wage alongside the payment currency (e.g., 30.00 GBP).
Minutes & Hours: Displays tracked time logged from completed clock-in sessions.
Total Pay (Hours): Calculates base hourly earnings by multiplying total hours worked by the agent's hourly rate.
Total Deliverable Bonus: Displays performance bonuses earned from completed stage deliveries or campaign targets.
Adjustment: Allows administrators to input custom credit, expense, or deduction amounts into an editable text field. Click Save next to an agent's adjustment box to commit changes.
Total: Automatically aggregates hourly earnings, stage bonuses, and adjustments into a final payout figure for each agent.
